Moreover, it is set of a number of linked tasks planned to complete over the fixed period of time within defined cost and time. A project could involve anything from building a new airport, product development, and an event, software development or even restructuring the business.
On the other Hand, project management is concerned with the application of knowledge, processes, tools and technique in order to achieve the objectives of the project. Furthermore, project management enables to plan, execute and manage a project, which defined resources (Dinsmore, 2014).
